DIRTYTHREE RETURN POLICY

DIRTYTHREE is a made-to-order brand. Every product is produced individually at the time of purchase through our fulfillment partner. As such, we follow a strict return and replacement policy designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and quality control.

1. General Policy

DIRTYTHREE does not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, changes of mind, or buyer’s remorse. All products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective. We ask that all customers carefully review their order before submitting it, including product type, size, color, and shipping address.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, you must contact DIRTYTHREE within seven calendar days of receiving your order. Claims submitted beyond this window may not be eligible for resolution.

To initiate a claim, send an email to support@shopdirtythree.com. Your message must include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected item. Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and DIRTYTHREE reserves the right to approve or deny a replacement based on the evidence provided.

3. Return Instructions

Do not return any product without receiving written authorization from the DIRTYTHREE team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, refunded, or replaced. If your claim is approved, return instructions and the appropriate shipping address will be provided.

4. Replacements

If your claim is approved, DIRTYTHREE will issue a replacement for the affected item at no additional cost. Replacements are typically processed within seven to ten business days. Refunds are not issued unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

DIRTYTHREE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or errors resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order and shipping details are accurate before finalizing a purchase.
