DIRTYTHREE Shipping Policy

1. Order Fulfillment

  • All items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand provider.

  • Standard production time is 2–5 business days before shipping begins. 

2. Shipping Options & Times

Region Standard (Flat Rate) Express
USA & Canada 3–4 business days after fulfillment  1–3 business days after fulfillment
International 5–20 business days 1–3 business days after fulfillment
Europe 5–20 business days 1–3 business days after fulfillment

Note: Specific rates depend on product category and shipping destination. Some items (e.g., mugs, hats, posters) may ship separately. 

3. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. 

  • If delivery exceeds the estimated time, please wait an additional 1–5 business days before contacting us—Printful may apply a “grace period” for delivery delays. 

4. Shipping Restrictions & Customs

  • We don’t ship to destinations restricted due to legal or carrier limitations, such as Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, among others. 

  • Import duties or customs fees are the customer's responsibility. To reduce these risks, orders are fulfilled from facilities closest to shipping address when possible.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, it will be returned to Printful. They hold it for 30 days. 

  • Reshipment fees may apply to fix address errors—see Section 7.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us immediately.

  • We’ll investigate and file a claim with Printful. For damaged items, we follow Printful’s 30-day replacement window.

7. Reshipments & Additional Charges

  • Replacements for damaged or defective items are sent free of charge (within policy limits).

  • For undeliverable packages due to address errors or unclaimed shipments, reshipping costs will be communicated and may be covered by DIRTYTHREE or the customer, depending on the situation.
