Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition. Items must be free of wear, washing, stains, odors, or damage.
To initiate a return, contact us through DIRTYTHREE’s official communication channels with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back within the provided timeframe.

If you received the wrong item or size due to our error, we will replace it at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will make it right through a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
